Somanth Weigh Bridge, J.K Industrial Zone, Piplana, Rajkot, Gujarat 360024, India. RIVEDA is our brand of cast iron cookware. In these terms "we", "us" and "RIVEDA" mean Metalix Ferrocast; "you" means the person using the site or placing an order.
By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Products and information
- We describe our products as accurately as we can. Weights and sizes are nominal; cast iron varies slightly from piece to piece. Photos are for illustration, and colour on screen can differ from the real product.
- Products are for household cooking. Read the care and seasoning guides before first use.
Prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The MRP shown is the maximum retail price; the online price is what you pay.
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown before payment (see the Shipping Policy).
- We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you placed the order. If a price is obviously wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Orders and payment
- Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email the order confirmation after your payment succeeds.
- Payment is online only, through Razorpay Software Pvt. Ltd., a payment aggregator regulated by the RBI. We do not see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- Online orders are for personal use. Quantities per order may be limited; for bulk orders please contact us.
- A GST invoice is issued for every order.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
These are covered by the Shipping Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Using this site
- Do not misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it at scale, or place fraudulent orders.
- All content on the site (text, photos, drawings, the RIVEDA name and logo) belongs to Metalix Ferrocast or its licensors. Do not copy it for commercial use without our written permission.
- Links to other sites (for example WhatsApp, Google Maps or social media) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
Liability
Cast iron gets very hot, including the handles. Use handle sleeves or a cloth, keep children away from hot cookware, and follow the care instructions. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission where you live.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
