Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in India through our own delivery and courier partners. If a PIN code is not serviceable we will tell you within one working day of your order and refund it in full.
Shipping charges
- Orders of ₹999 or more (after any discount, GST included): free shipping.
- Orders below ₹999: a flat ₹99 per order.
The shipping charge is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay. There are no other charges at delivery.
Dispatch and delivery time
- Orders are packed and dispatched from Rajkot, Gujarat, within 1–2 working days of payment (Monday to Saturday, except public holidays).
- Delivery usually takes 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas and the North-East may take longer.
- When your order ships we email or WhatsApp you the courier or transporter name and the tracking or docket number.
Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by the courier, weather, strikes or other events outside our control are rare but possible; we will keep you informed.
Payment
All orders are prepaid online through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). Cash on delivery is not available.
Receiving your parcel
- Cast iron is heavy. Please check that the outer box is intact before accepting it. If it is visibly damaged, note this with the delivery person or refuse the parcel and tell us straight away.
- We recommend recording a short unboxing video. It makes any damage claim quick to settle.
- If the courier cannot deliver after repeated attempts, or the address is incomplete, the parcel returns to us. We can reship it (the shipping charge applies again) or refund the order minus the two-way shipping cost.
